Regular sessions are held at Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi.

Group sessions are held every weekend throughout the year, welcoming learners from India and abroad. Each session is thoughtfully designed to encourage collective learning, rhythm awareness, and artistic growth.
Kid’s Group Sessions (ages 6–12 & 12–20)
These weekend sessions introduce children and young adults to the world of Kathak through graceful movements, rhythmic footwork, and storytelling. Beyond learning dance, children also connect with their cultural values and experience the joy of artistic expression.
Adults’ Group Sessions (ages 20 & above)
Designed for adults seeking to explore Kathak as both an art and a form of inner expression, these weekend sessions focus on rhythm, movement, and self-discovery. They offer a nurturing environment where creativity and discipline come together beautifully.
Annual Kathak Baithaks
For sixteen years, Ruchi Saini has been organising Annual Kathak Baithaks — intimate gatherings that bring students, families, and art seekers together to experience Kathak in its truest spirit. Over time, these baithaks have grown into a cherished space for learning, reflection, and cultural exchange, offering insights into Kathak dance, music, performance, and tradition.
Each baithak features performances by students of all ages, from young beginners to seasoned adult learners, all currently studying under Ruchi. These presentations offer a window into the Kathak Yatra — the journey of the dance form across time — mirrored in the growth of the students themselves. Their evolving confidence, expression, and artistry speak to the living journey of Kathak and the community that sustains it.
Workshops
Ruchi Saini conducts Kathak workshops in Delhi, across India, and overseas — creating spaces for sincere seekers, students, and art lovers to explore the subtler and deeper dimensions of the dance form.
Through movement, curated documentary films & heartfelt conversations, these workshops invite participants to experience Kathak not only as a performing art, but as a way to discover gentle insights for living with awareness & inspiration.
